Road poneglyphs are responsible for locating the location of Raftel island.
Assuming the poneglyphs cannot be moved from their places, hear out my analysis on it.
According to today's chapter, out of four, locations of three RP (road poneglyphs) are known.
Big Mom has one
Minks has one and
Kaidou has one.
The RP which Big Mom has must be on the Whole Cake Island.
Kaidou has acquired one means the RP that he has was previously under Wano Kingdom's possession. And now that Kaidou has taken control over Wano means he either knows the location of RP within Wano or he is yet to search for it on Wano but is confirm that it is in Wano somewhere.
And the third one is on ZOU.
This has become quite interesting... For the location of the fourth RP.
We now know that out of four, two RPs are fixed on certain fixed islands while one is a moving island, that is, Zou.
So guess, whether the fourth location is a moving one or a fixed one.
On top of that, what are the chances that the known two fixed locations, i.e., Wano and Whole Cake island are facing opposite or adjacent to each other.
If they are opposite then finding the location of Raftel would be easy
But this is not the case. Let me explain.
I think that wano and whole cake island are adjacent to each other because in case of opposite locations, these two fixed islands themselves serves the purpose. The location of Raftel would be somewhere on the line joining these two islands.
In case of adjacent, one of them would be connected to RP located on ZOU while the other one joining with the fourth RP.
But the twist here is the third island, that is, Zou, is a moving island and hence the location of Raftel is hard to locate.
After analyzing some more into this theory, I came to another two cases. One is that ZOU is revolving around the Raftel island. And the other one is that ZOU at a specific time comes back to a place when it is in position with the cross mark created by joining the opposite islands.
To make it more interesting, I believe that ZOU is moving randomly and not moving a circle because again the location of Raftel would be the center of the circle.
Now, assuming that ZOU is moving randomly, I believe it does, locating the fourth RP as well as the Raftel is more complicated and hence not one except the Pirate King was able to reach it.
Just draw out two dots as whole cake and wano as fixed and adjacent to each other on a piece of paper and then make the third dot ZOU as moving. Randomly place it at a point and draw a line with one of the fixed islands and make out where the fourth dot must be placed. Hard it is, right?
So, there has to be a certain time when ZOU island comes at a place repeatedly in its venture which signals the location of Raftel as well as the fourth RP.
A good thinker must have came out with all this to locate the Raftel island but yet no one has. Why?
As stated in the manga, the fourth location is unknown.
Just think about it. Who in the world wants to keep it unknown? Government right? To hide the secrets of void century.
If that's what you think then you are wrong.
Kaidou or Big Mom would have taken it already.
The fourth RP has to be with someone who knows the importance of the void century as well as who knows who is worthy to reach that island.
Yeah, if ur brains are on a boost then, u might have find the answer. The person is Shanks, the third Yonkou. He travelled with Pirate King so he must have been entrusted with the RP not by the Pirate King but someone important who believes that handing the details of the location of fourth RP to Shanks is a good decision. I think Rayleigh made Shanks in charge of the location of the fourth RP.
. shanks is not the kind of guy to be defeated easily as well as one who will spurt out the location with deadly torture.
Shanks knows when and to whom he can handover the location details. Who? Luffy, Robin. The Straw Hats.
But I believe Shanks is still testing Luffy to hand him over the details. For that, a big incident would take place where he would tell luffy about the fourth RP's details as well as the time of creating the cross by marking the locations of the four islands, hence, Raftel island.
