He'll have trouble keeping up with Gai at first but with Double Kamui, he phase through a good bit of attacks, even with Susano'o and eventually start to keep better track of Gai. The Rikudou chakra should keep Kakashi being able to fight for a while Gai has to finish a fight quickly in order to get this win.

Kakashi mid diff. He uses right eye to go ghost mode for 5 mins. Guy should die from being 5 mins in 8th gate. If not then Kakashi teleports to kamui dimension. Also, Kakashi has PS which could help a lot.

If Kakashi goes intangible instantly he can outlast Gai, if he fails to do that in time he gets wrecked by Gai.

Kakashi can't beat him in a fight, Gai is just WAY too fast to get hit by Kamui. Even Doubble Rinnegan Madara lookred like a fool in front of him.

if you think Gai is just going to go into 8 gates straight away, your clearly mistaken. and the gates doesnt take long to activate, were the hell did you get your logic from?
kamui aint instantaneous, minato proved that, only FTG is.
what part of Gai's speed bent space, thats the best speed feat so far not even naruto nor sasukes S/T reached that level.

Is it really fair? Lol are you serious? Is the 8th Gate also not a power that under normal circumstances, only lasts for one fight?

OT: Gai has no counter for a PS that can fly well above his effective range and spam PS Slash (mountain busting level attack), Kamui Shuriken, which are relatively big, and even just the regular Kamui snipe. Not to mention that ghost mode prevents Kakashi from even getting hit.

People act as though Gai is always moving at high speeds, but during his fight with Madara it was plenty of times when Gai was in a resting position, whether from the recoil of his attacks, or just to allow for general dialogue.
