Tia wasted no more time with the speaking, she'd go straight on the offensive on the ice user... Using her high level of speed granted to her by her bloodline and skill (2nd gate base speed), Tia rushes in an arc to her left (your right), untraceable to your eyes due to the speed difference. She'd near instantly arrive to her new position 10m away from you at your 7 o'clock, a single hand seal already being held as she appears. The hand seal allows her to spew from her mouth a huge water shark (size of a large great white) though it wasn't normal water. The water was more like a sticky syrup, having an adhesive nature that allows it to stick to and capture targets. The shark is swiftly shot as a projectile at your back, not only carrying enough strength to crush your bones, but will also cover all the area close range around you in sticky water.

As Tia appeared before him, a smile crossed Jack's face, he seemed amazed to see her after all this time, though at the same time he was reminded of their eternal rivalry, although Jack was younger and the total opposite of Tia, they still shared a strong bond with each other, and each time they met, they showed their love for one another through battle, which was always ending on equal terms most of the time, but this time Jack felt a bit different, this time he felt it was finally time for him to end the cycle of equality and become the better ninja in this rivalry."Gyojin Tia...Yes we will definitely finish this time, though we both know that you would just freeze in the end, I mean what's the purpose of being grand with water when a simple drop of my ice would just freeze it all up and only form more ice for me to manipulate?...Anyhow, this will be quick.
As Tia boosts in a blur at her top speed, Jack knew just what to do to slow her down a bit, maybe draw a little blood? Who knows what will happen from this point on, Jack immediately forms a single handseal followed by a quick stomp to the ground, as his foot meets the ground, spikes of ice being a meter in length forms from the ground across the entire battlefield at long range in both length and width of the battlefield, at that point either Tia would run into several spikes and possibly injure herself since as soon as she took off Jack created the spikes, or as soon as the shark was released towards Jack, the spikes would destroy the shark or atleast rip it apart from beneath rupturing it and causing it to lose shape while splattering the syrup all over the place(Since it wasn't mentioned at which height the shark was traveling, so I assumed it was close to the ground, since it was released from your mouth and would target my back, and due to its size it would have to travel close to the ground to hit me in the back with the point of its nose.) and possibly injure Tia's legs rendering her unable to move around properly at all should she fail to protect herself. Jack would then note the shark that was just destroyed behind himself and turn facing directly towards Tia.
Jack then performs a set of hand seals in quick succession causing it to rain across the entirety of the battlefield, each droplet being imbued with his chakra and allowing him to detect any movement of chakra underneath the rain or whatever chakra the rain touches.

As Tia sprints fastly in the arc to her right, she easily takes note of Jack doing the hand seal and stomping on the ground, thus prompting her to forget the water shark plan and move on with something more intense. Seeing as Jack stomped on the ground after the Hand seal, Tia concluded it would be an earth technique, or maybe even ice seeing as that's Jack's forte.. With this in mind she swiftly surrounds her left hand in lightning the moment the ice started to erect. The lightning is quickly molded and shaped into a massive dragon that coils around Tia's body and wraps its head around her arm, making its mouth surround her fist.

She continues to run at her top speed, cutting down all the ice around her vicinity and protecting herself from any unseen ice by having the dragon's body which is coiled around hers stop it. Due to her having to do this, she swiftly changed her plan of action and went for a more straight forward assault. She'd swiftly change directions without slowing a bit, still being untraceable to your eyes as she runs at your back and extends her left hand/dragon head to rip through the middle of your spine, cutting you clean in half before you could even react or know what happened.
As soon as Tia forms the lightning which emits a bright light as well as a distinctive sound unique to lightning, Jack obviously knew that his life might be in danger, therefore instead of causing it to rain he faces directly to where the lightning is originating and towards Tia while simultaneously performing a single hand seal and inhaling shortly before exhaling a large crushing sphere of wind directly towards Tia, the wind would easily overpower any form of lightning that she might direct towards Jack and possibly still manage to be attack her.
Whilst Tia would move to counter the oncoming wind, Jack performs yet another hand seal and this time causes the ground all around Tia up to short range to start sucking inward towards the center of a large pit, should Tia fail to alter her position, the pit would suck her into the ground in attempt to suffocate her."All this speed and yet you still having trouble working your way around this sexy fella." Jack chuckles as he awaits Tia's next move.
