Ok just a few pointers for you. Firstly on the jutsu part pick an element our of either Raiton Katon Fuuton Doton or Suiton(lightning fire wind earth or water) and place that next to elements, you're and S jounin you i think you can currently learn three elements up to...B rank i think. So you can choose three elements to place there under "need's training". As for your ninjutsu every ninja receieves E rank ninjutsu auto. Wether you wish to add it to your bio or not is up to you but most people do. Other then that for a first bio it looks very nice, its a tad bright for my liking but thats just me ^^.
