Appearance: Ophelia has pale, silvery blond hair, which she wears in a long and tight braid. Her hairline is a strong widow's peak. Like most Claymores, she possesses silver eyes and wears the standard armored uniform. Ophelia wears a Roman army-like uniform, stylized in an Art Deco manner. It consists of a light gray two-piece suit, with a mock-neck dickie marked with the Claymore's symbol near the base of the throat. Over top of this, several pieces of plate armor are worn: shin-high, slightly heeled metal boots (sabatons), large wrist-guards (vambraces), shoulder pieces (pauldrons) and a partial skirt (fauld), along with a short gray cape.

Along with her appearance, Ophelia has a special symbol that she is recognized by. The symbol is placed numerous places on her attire, tattooed on the back of her left hand, and is even inscribed into every single one of her weapons, ranging from her CW to every Kunai she carries.

Personality: Ophelia initially comes across as being light-hearted and whimsical, but this only serves to mask her unstable, sadistic nature. She genuinely enjoys the thrill of battle and delights in mutilating her victims in the form of twisted "games." She has an unsettling fascination with blood and has seemingly developed a taste for it. Her cruelty is indiscriminate; she has no qualms over attacking her own comrades and it is hinted that she also killed humans to sate her bloodlust.

"Don't you think it's beautiful? That rosy red that spreads only where the body is wounded. Shall I paint you in that lovely red... little boy?"

Background Information

History:

Ophelia was separated from her family at a very young age. She had an older brother who was only 1 year older and 2 loving parents. It seemed like life would be amazing until a week had passed since her birth and her family were slaughtered by a group of ninja's. Before her mother died she hid the children in a cupboard and went to fend off the invaders but was killed. The 2 children were found not knowing anything about what was happening. The ninja couldn't find it in their hearts to kill the infants with their bare hands. Instead they split the children up, the brother, Sukenu, went with a farmer and his wife. While Ophelia went with a Ninja family in the Moon village and so the 2 children never knew of their parents or their sibling ship.

Ophelia was trained in Ninjutsu by the family who were pretty decent in the Ninja Arts, unlike her older brother. She excelled in the academy and passed with flying colours and quickly began making her way through the ranks of The Moon, reaching Jounin level by the age of 15.

At that point in her life, she had figured out that she was indeed part of a clan know as the Claymores, which fully explained her deep rooted hunger which put her on edge on a daily basis. Learning of her true self, she found herself living amongst the savage group her true family was, quickly adapting to her inherited power.

Weapons and Tools

Being a skilled Kunoichi, Ophelia carries a vast assortment of tools. She carries the usual kunai and Shuriken which she has placed 5 senses disorder tags on, while also carrying numerous smoke bomb pellets, flash bombs, explosive tags and ninja wire. Other than the basic ninja tools, she carries her very own custom Gunbai, allowing her to perform wind techniques at a greater scale of skill than usual.

Description: Jurōjin is a Giant non-folding war fan (Gunbai) about 3/4 the height of the wielder and almost of their width, with the pole being twice that length. It is made of a special strong steel that resonates with only wind chakra which allows the user to expand/shorten the size of the fan blades and increase the range of Wind techniques that require a fan. When wind chakra is channeled into it, the size of the fan blades increases about double their size. When in Expanded Mode, the range of all Fan Jutsu is increased by one, damage is increased, and lasts for 4 turns. Because of the size of the expanded fan the wielder cannot perform any jutsu that require handseals because both hands are required to hold the immense fan, though this is only applicable in expanded form . To decrease the size of the fan the wielder must channel chakra into it again. Also because of the scope of the weapon when in Expanded Mode, it is able to block projectiles, paper bombs, and normal, weapon attacks such as sword slashes.

~If anyone other than those with permission wields the fan their chakra is drained and receive severe cuts around their body. (-30 Chakra/A-rank cutting damage)

Ophelia was chosen to be in the faction known as "The Aegis Core | イージスコア | Ījisukoa"
These were the 'tanks' of the clan, who were able to withstand crushing blows and pressure. She is known to hold impressive strength with her Taijutsu techniques, even in free form she can easily break bones and sever limbs of her opponents. Her Awakened form grants her +10 to regular Ninjutsu and clan techniques as well as +10 to Taijutsu while her Abyssal form would grant her +20 to regular Ninjutsu and clan techniques as well as +20 to Taijutsu. This faction's Abyssal and Awakened Ones normally have shields, plates, and other formations which usually emphasize on defense instead of mobility. With that said, Ophelia holds the number "12" within the clan ranks.
