Naruto is born five years earlier than canon. And suddenly, the Third War lasts longer than it should. Minato has more time to stress the importance of Teamwork, and the Will of Fire to his team. Kakashi is killed, saving his team.
With no apprentice, and with time running out, Madara strikes Konoha with the Gedo Mazo and Black Zetsu. Minato rises to challenge him, and the Sandaime gives his life to seal the demonic statue within the young Naruto. The young boy is plagued, with both visions and the abnormality of detecting- and feeding- from Jinchuuriki. Naruto is forced away from his family, for the safety of Kushina.
