Rin's Killer

Since we know Madara knows Obito and he's probably the one who saved him and transferred his ideologies to him, I reckon he used Rin to get to Obito and make him more susceptible to hatred. We don't know Rin to have any special stuff that would make her a 'target', so I think he might be somehow involved in her death. +We can't say he was dead at that time because he knows Obito and if he knows Obito, he must have lived in his time. What do you guys think?

Nope, I think it was in a war or something, and Kakashi was clearly in a position where it may have been possible for Kakashi to save her, that would be why he hates the shinobi world as a whole.

It was actually never revealed how Rin died, nor what happened to her after the Kakashi Gaiden chronicles. We can only speculate that Kakashi was placed in a position where saving Rin was simply not possible.
