So we all know that the Tenseigan is formed from countless Byakugan over a thousand years building to one set of incredibly strong eyes. Literally, all the Byakugan are gathered in one place over time.
So what if the RinneSharingan is the opposite?
What if the RinneSharingan somehow splits into of thousands of Sharingan?
Of course it doesn't happen immediately.
When Kaguya was defeated, she could have transmigrated her RinneSharingan powers over countless generation of Uchiha.
It makes sense. Kaguya was the beginning of the curse of hatred. Not Indra. And the Sharingan carries this curse. Kaguya's curse.
We saw Obito do it to Kakashi. What if Kaguya did the same thing, but over 1000 years to many Uchiha?
Anyways, the RinneSharingan partitioning is why the Uchiha Sharingan looks more like Kaguya's eye than Hagoromo's Rinnegan. The Rinnegan is just an offshoot of the RinneSharingan. But the Sharingan is a direct partition of the RinneSharingan.
This leads me to conclude. If thousands of Sharingan are collected together, they can form a RinneSharingan, just like what Toneri did by forming the Tenseigan.
Now obviously, the RinneSharingan is more powerful than the Tenseigan. But that's because it partitions into Sharingan, something more powerful than the Byakugan.
This leads to an interesting point. The Rinnegan never had to have that much work to form as the Tenseigan did.
That was because the Byakugan is significantly weaker than the Sharingan to begin with. So it is much harder to make a Tenseigan from Byakugan than it is a Rinnegan from Sharingan.
