Nah, there won't be any last minute power ups. Both of them are already at their peak, they r both equal, that is y Sasuke has been held back. Sasuke will simply show techniques new to him and possibly some that are new period, and Naruto may show some as well.

I still stand by my point. In their previous fight, sasuke's sharingan matured from 2 tomos to 3 tomos, so, yes there still is time for last minute improvements.

One of them will, to an extent, fight with more superiority at certain intervals in their fight which will result in both of them receiving some sort of power up. Either in the form of making do with the power they already possess, or, some sort of actual powerup.
