That's not called a render avatar, it's just adding a moving shine/gloss effect.

You should VM Evert131, he does it really good. He's also part of the shop so if you something like this quick, just VM him.

Hello, I'm new and wanted a sig, Ok well here is a picture of Tendo path Pain so I wanted a Chibaku tensei orb in between his hands. But make it like really shiny and medium sized. I also would like that the picture be made a tad brighter, and the last part can you make his Rinnegan a shiny purple color that radiates. Thnx!
