yea weve never seen rinne at its full potential. we havent seen the paths used with one another. like imagine a deva pull with the human path soul steal. like how OP would that be. like if nagato was able to move and fight the manga wouldve been over

agreed, naruto has been displayed quite a bit more stronger than sasuke at the moment, and YET sasuke's rinne needs to cooldown. My guess is sasuke hasn't been able to unlock its full potential yet

Sasukes eye isnt really a rinnegan. The sage refered to his mothers "juubi eye" as a sharingan. I dont refer to it as either.
