Well, he doesn't really have the rinnegan, there might be a difference between his Samasara eye and the other rinnegan. I don't think he can use all the natures, otherwise he might have used them by now.

Yes he can. Whether or not he actually retained Hashirama's cells is what decides whether or not he'll learn the wood-style. He doesn't look like he'd use it either way though.
