Could Naruto and Sasuke switch eyes and get the Rinnegan because Naruto=Uzumaki/Senju and Sasuke=Uchiha?

I don't think that's how it works. The rinnegan was unlocked by Madara as he neared the end of his life. I think the process of inserting the DNA into oneself is more rigorous than that.

I am still waiting to see how Rinnegan is activated via EMS (Thru anime). For now, we only "heard" how it is awakened.
