Yep,i just can’t accept it if Jougan is stronger becuase of how awesome the Rinnegan is

Rinnegan is the single strongest doujutsu to date. It offers too much n is too practical in head on battle.

The Rinnegan covers all aspects of battle and shinobi techniques, while the Jougan so far seems to focus on special perception and maybe some sort of pure power output.

Overall, the Rinnegan should be superior but in special circumstances the Jougan can be more useful. This is similar to how KCM Naruto had emotion sensing that can be the only practical sensing in special circumstances, but normal sensing is usually better for range etc.

We don't know all of the abilities of the Joguan yet, so it's hard to do a comparison between the 2.
