Rinnegan - Use it or not?

What's the point in having rinnegan if you don't use it? Look at obito, he had a rinnegan for almost 100 chapters or maybe more. What's the point of it, he never used it...and don't throw me that chakra sh*t, because it's not true. An uchiha has enough chakra to spam kamui, but he doesn't have it for rinnegan tech?! :| Screw you, kishi...

At least madara took advantage of it in the gokage battle...U_U And that's why madara is better than obito as a villain. In all aspects :|

Madara only used Preta path, and arguably Deva path (meteors), so he isnt that good with it either. I would like if he started spamming Deva/Asura path on the Shinobi alliance.

He didn't need it. Shinra Tensei couldn't blow a Kurama Tailed Naruto away, yet he couldn't absorb it or he turns to stone.

King of Hell can be countered as Kurama Chãkra Mõdo did, and Asura and Naraka are useless.

For what should he use it then? He didn't simply need it.

Its been only a short time since Obito and Madara got the Rinnegan so they didn't have the time to learn how to use it .
So its somewhat reasonable that they are not able to use all the abilities .

i think Rinnegan should never been introduced as an uchiha thing it made them even more broken in my books,if it was related to nagato only it could have been better.

Just because those are the only ones you saw him use doesn't mean he can use others.

Obito can't use it without paths. He can only use outer path like with nagato. It's probably something to do with syncing to the mazo. Once you sync u prob need paths to do path abilities. Obito probably sync'd as soon as he put in rinnegan. IIRC, he did starting using gedo after implanting rinnegan.

I don't think it's a matter of time...also, obito has it for over a week or so, he could have at least try to figure how it works...
