Rinnegan techs arent Ninjutsu

Hear me out. We know Hagoromo is a pacifist and he said it himself, he doesnt like ninjutsu. But he has shown some of the rinnegan techs.

Could it be possible that the rinne techs are ninshu and not ninjutsu. They are unlike any other justu shown in the series. Besides summoning. Gravity control, resurrection, soul absorbing, animal summoning (maybe) machinery and chakra absorbing. Ninshu?

Chakra has its advantages and disadvantages. It only depends upon how user uses it. Rinnegan is no different for that matter.
