Rinnegan Susanoo

Do you think that a shinobi with a rinnegan can get a susanoo? cuz madara got one but he had ems first so does anybody know?

No. The Rinnegan is weird, although it is the superior version of the Sharingan...it differs almost completely and cannot use the tech's of the pervious versions.

This ^ only apply's for shinobi who get their Rinnegan Un-naturally without going through the necessary stages.

No I believe that Susano'o is strictly a sharingan tech as far as I know.

susanoo is a sharingan technique but if one achieves rinnegan, then i think the jutsus the same.
