Rinnegan Shift or FTG?

Which one of them is actually better and more useful in battle that consist of skills and strategy?

No Kamui or other similar techs, but this is only between those two jutsus.

Give me a good reason why this jutsu is better.

in battle? sasukes shift. you can send your enemies attacks back at them or swap and make them hit their own attack..

FTG doesn't require a cool down and you can spam it. Plus Rinnegan shift requires a object to exchange places with. FTG all the way.

Rinnegan shift swaps everything in his centre instantly.

Rinnegan shift is better, he can easily swap his marked seals towards any direction he desires.

Even if you mark the shift user, he can swap the ftg user as soon as he reaches his area.

This is what people fail to understand.
Instead you'll get "dur it's a substitution jutsu".
I think ftg still is around equal though because of its range.
