Rinnegan> Sharingan

This previous manga showed us that you need senju and uchiha "cells" to acquire the Rinnegan. Does that mean that the Rinnegan contains sharingan abilities? If it is, then obito cuz have powers that Itachi and sasuke has which are amaterasu, SUSANAO, tsukunomi whatever the name is.

if you had the sharingan/ms before, then yes you can use all sharingan/ms techs with the rennigan

proof: madara using susano with rennigan on, sasuke using 3-tomoe sharingan prediction ability while using MS even though the two form of dojutsu that hold different powers

if the rennigan is transplanted like nagato's then you won't be able to use other techniques granted by the sharingan, only that of the rennigan
