imo sharingan is better i mean the rinnegan is beast but there are some things about the sharingan i would wanna have because in a 1v1 sharingan almost always wins too many one shot kills for sharingan tsukiyomi ka izanami kamui i jus would have to take the red eyes

I'd chose to have Sharingan because Sharingan evolves from Sharingan>MS>EMS>Rinnegan then I would have EMS abilities and Rinnegan abilities

That is flawed U_U unless you and your sibling both kill you best friends and you triumph over him/her
You will never get ems, let alone rinnegan.

From what has been shown, it seems quite repetitive and one dimensional. Maybe it was the naruto vs. pein fight... The linked vision was pretty cool though, apart from other feats as well.

You can master all elements, use summons, Asura path enables almost whatever one can imagine, it's just that plot won't allow someone to dominate with rinnegan like they really could, but seriously, Asura path+human path= rape in most cases, and deva path, combined with summons and high level nature release, it'd be overkill, and don't get me started on Gedo Mazo

I'm glad you brought this up. Most would agree that Madara > Nagato. Of course edo Madara>Nagato, he has rinnegan, as well as many other enabling feats. But, something tells me that you weren't necessarily referring to edo Madara, since you mentioned Itachi. It's a lot of hype going on there.
