[Discussion] Rinnegan, Sharingan, and Byakugan? Help me make sense of this please...

Through unknown means, Madara Uchiha managed to awaken the Rinnegan shortly before his death and during his battle as a reincarnated corpse against the Allied Shinobi Forces, his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan transformed into the Rinnegan. Based on data collected over the years, Kabuto Yakushi and Orochimaru theorised that because the Sharingan originated from the Rinnegan, it was possible for the dōjutsu to progress to the Rinnegan as part of a "natural evolution" but id thats the case it has also been said that the Sharingan was somehow derived from the Hyūga clan's Byakugan. So which is it? and if the Sharingan can evolve into the Rinnegan does that me the Byakugan can as well. I know its a lot to process but I just dont get it. I would much rather there just be three eye techs that are bloodline traits from you clan lol. Tell me if im wrong and correct me please if so.

if i remember correctly it was said byakugan was derived from the sharingan... not the other way round

also i dont think they have enough chakra to keep the byakugan going so much unlike the uchiha

I just hate that the Sharingan now is like a lower form of the Rinnegan. I would say its just an evolved state of it maybe just like the Byakugan is from the Sharingan.

If I remember correctly, sharingan is not derived from byakugan. But its said that Byakugan is a doujutsu which was passed along side of Sharingan...

hmm thanks now im thinking damn Kishi you had the Byakugan to start with just like the Sharingan and really never ran with the Byakugan instead pushing for the Sharingan to rule the Manga lol.

When I first got into naruto I did research about the sharingan eye and its history thru the years in narutoverse, and if memory serves me the story goes as such: the rinnegan bloodline got watered down, and watered down until one day a demon took amans form and seduced the clan heads daughter, had a child w her and the uchiha clan was born. But also why not all uchiha have the sharingan. So it is possible to say it evolved from byakugan, but at same time more advanced, having had demon blood mixed in with sage of six paths.

Kakashi said the sharingan diverged from the byakugan but what kakashi says has no meaning I wouldn't believe it if I were you he also said the rinnegan is just a mutation he's one of those people he don't believe in spiritual shit
