As the title says: I'm going to illustrate why shared vision is better in terms of predicting and reflexes than MS up against fast characters. The example I'm going to use is below.

We've seen how MS failed to track and keep up with Ay in V2. As Karin noted it herself, Sasuke had to construct a defensive layer of Enton as a measure for failing to react to V2 Ay.
Furthermore, we literally saw V2 Ay dancing around Sasuke and up until the moment he tried to hit him, we see Sasuke's eye facing forward as if he believes Ay was in front whereas he was behind in reality. This all to show a proof V2 Ay is faster than what MS is able to react.
Rinnegan Shared Vision vs KCM Naruto & Killer Bee
KCM Naruto is faster than V2 Ay is a fact. He dodged his full speed. V2 Killer Bee is virtually as fast as V2 Ay, given that their Lariat were equal in V1 cloaks, but V2 Ay is portrayed faster only by a tiny margin. Either way, we've got two fastest characters went up against Rinnegan shared vision and both failed to keep up.
There is also another case of a similar scenario. Naruto and Bee were not able to land fast attacks on the 6 Jinchuriki solely due their shared vision and ability to coordinate attacks from every angle, something which MS could not with slower characters.
Naruto himself noted with his speed and Killer Bee in addition, they could not catch them or attack them, due shared vision nullifying every chance they could.
