well, considering that the TSS (Truth Seeking Sword) used by Obito basically lost becuase his feelings werent strong enough, also the fact that the balls were easier to counter when Obito didnt have full control over himself, I can conclude that depending on the users emotions and intent the orbs can be stronger or weaker. Its the entire reason Obito lost. If Naruto actually had the intention of killing Sasuke the TSB would have been much more effective...

The lines of the truthseeker orb movement are clearly shown to be from a slightly higher position. They are being regenerated.

Well, sasuke wouldnt have anymore chakra, and naruto came into the fight with a fraction of his normal amount of chakra to begin with. Should naruto come into the fight with his regular amount of chakra and stamina do you seriously think the fight would have ended the same way? With both of them losing an arm and tired as sht.
