even with the bijuu's the last sasuke wrecks. His chidori could probably blow up rinnegan sasuke's PS. Not to mention The last sasuke's PS with is most likely stronger. He is obviously faster and has longer range with rinneblitz. And he probably has control over all path techs unlike rinnegan sasuke.

The last Sasuke is much stronger than 699 Sasuke who only had the rinnengan for a hour and the bijuu for one Jutsu. The last Sasuke in two years has no doubly master the rinnengan, and gain more chakra.

I'm assuming the OP is referring to the Bijuu-PS Rinnegan Sasuke. This question can't be answered without more feats from The Last Sasuke......we know he's made huge headways (meteor busting chidori), but it can be known if it's enough to overcome the power of the Nine Bijuu (though we don't know how much chakra Sasuke took).

We do know he only took enough for 2 attacks. 699 Sasuke had only one way of dealing with that meteor and that was with Susanoo.. The last sasuke candedl with it from a simple chidor.

Rasengan at base=decent sized explosion, size of a boulder, as powerful as Chidori, around small town level. Chidori at base = penetrates through boulders with ease and penetrated Orochimaru (on par with Rasengan), small town level.

Now scale these two to TBB and PS Chidori and they've gone from small town level to island level. That's some insane power-up.

Now go back to base Chidori and scale it to city level since it destroyed the meteor with utmost ease and still caused a huge explosion. Add it to PS and it scales massively once again, possibly country level. Don't see why he can't surpass Indra's arrow when one looks at it that way imo.
