1. Sasuke's swap has a limited Radius of 10 meters max and I'm certain that Hashirama can kill Sasuke whilst being outside of that Radius. Hashirama is arguably the best long range warrior, heck Sasuke won't be able to reach to the top of Shinsusenjuu with his swap tech from the ground U_U

2. This is Sage Mode Hashirama and with Hashirama's Sage Mode even the Hiraishin no Jutsu can be avoided, here's SM Madara avoiding the Hiraishin sneak attack by Tobirama

Considering Hashirama has the speed of Madara, to react to Amenotejikara, it would ultimately come down to their larger techniques. Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o infused with Amaterasu would obviously end Wood Style: Wood Human Technique. The problem then comes down to Sage Art: Wood Style: True Thousand Hands. If Sasuke can get the arieal advantage, he'll win. He also would just simply have to use it's speed along with Amenotejikara to get behind it, since it doesn't seem portable in the least.
