Logically he should be able to easily resist it. Based off of hype and the fact that it was never stated there was a counter to KA it should be able to work on Kaguya.

I'm going to side with logic though since it would be stupid to think a MS genjutsu is going to work on someone with rinnegan and EMS.

If we go purely off hype, then yes.
If we go off feats and showings, then no, Sasuke breaks out immediately.

The answer is yes. I don't think KA will work on someone with EMS (Sasuke MS + Itachi MS) + Rinnegan (which manifested from Hago chakra).

Impossible to say usually but normally a higher tier dojutsu will give immunity to visual illusions from a weaker version so Sasuke takes it
