-- Juubito then preps the tree. Defends it long enough from PS and then the TBB are shot, which turn Sasuke to dust

-- CT is ripped to shreds by sword of nonoboku, the latter can also potentially bust PS. Rinnegan genjutsu is moot. Enton and Amaterasu are also non factor

-- only way Sasuke can win is if he finishes Juubito with PS chidori before the juubidama are shot but that is unlikely given that even one juubidama would be enough to kill him

No restrictions are necessary. Obito wins with low diff since they aren't on the same realm of power. Sasuke has no senjutsu to damage truthseekers and he likely can't do much damage to them even if he did. Obito expands a truthseeker to Bijudama level while turtling inside his truthseeker shield and Sasuke along with his Susano'o is vaporized.
