-shins clone appears behind the original shin and begins to lunge at sasuke.
-sasuke swaps with shins clone.
-sasuke attacks.
-shin uses his clone as a shield by pulling it behind him with telekinesis.

Sasuke isnt killing any top tier via swap. Sasuke hasnt once displayed the level of speed necessary pull off such a feat.

Yes, in a direct confrontation, sasuke could not blitz shin with amenotejikara as shin clearly reacted to him. The same would go for any top tier.

Madara is not fighting sasuke in your panel. He was going to the kamui dimension. He was done fighting until he got his other eye.
