Sasuke's chakra reserves are more vast than those of Itachi. He'll outlast him no problem. The Sword of Totsuka would be a problem though.

A better fight would be EMS Itachi vs EMS Madara imo. A healthy Itachi doesn't have low chakra reserves or low stamina.. quite the opposite. We've seen what Itachi could do while dying, nearly blind, and basically on his deathbed, WHILE purposely throwing a fight. With all these crazy power ups of course Sasuke > Itachi. But HEALTHY MS Itachi even > EMS Sasuke, unless he's sick. Sasuke would of got his ass handed to him in seconds by Kabuto if it wasn't for Itachi. EMS Prime Madara wouldn't be able to take on EMS/Rinnegan+half of Hagoromo's power either. So, yeah, Sasuke > Itachi at this point. Only currently power upped Madara, Sasuke and Naruto have an impact at this war atm.
