Conditions: Its basically Eighth gate guy with only the speed and strength boost against Sasuke with Ameno, Kenjutsu, and basic techs.

Scenaria 2: Ameno can only be used defensively

Sasuke teleports behind Gai and one shots w/ Chidori, or he teleports Gai to him and one shots with Chidori. Sasuke loses scenario 2. He can dodge with Ameno but he can't kill Gai due to not being able to blitz with it, and Gai is too fast for him to approach in regular CQC and hope to survive considering Madara has trouble reacting to him.
