Well Madara does have Hagoromo's chakra, so I'm not seeing what this big difference is.

And how are you quantifying their potency? Surely the fact that Madara got his bloodline limit means the chakra is very close to Hagoromo's own. As far as I'm concerned there is no basis for such a wide gap like you claim.

Who knows what Madara's Rikudou Boost is. In order to win he'd need a big one, since his PS has to be a lot stronger than Sasuke's to bust it and withstand PS Chidori (Minato's BD are nonfactors, he gets oneshotted right off the bat anyway). I don't think he'd get that strong (maybe their Susanoos would be around the same level), so Sasuke wins.
