Conditions : Both do not possess Hagoromo's Chakra. This is a hypothetical Sasuke whose Indra Chakra had merged with Hashirama's DNA (received from SM Kabuto) which awakened Rikudou's Chakra (assume Hashirama's Chakra still contains Ashura's Chakra) and gave him a Rinnegan pair. Unfortunately, Sasuke loses his Sharingan abilities (including Precognition) except for Susano'o, but obtained the Six Paths techniques along with Chibaku Tensei. His abilities are scaled to what they would be with this level of Rikudou Chakra (so that's up to you guys to decide). Of course, Sasuke, while lacking Enton Kagutsuchi, also attains the ability to use Raiton on top of his Perfect Susano'o (such as PS Chidori).

Restrictions : None, except for the fact that Rinnegan Sasuke can only use Basic Mokuton on the level that Obito could.

Scenario 2 : Rinnegan Sasuke vs. BSM Naruto (100% Kurama)

This time, BSM Naruto has access to Full Kurama's power.

Scenario 3 : Rinnegan Sasuke vs. BSM Naruto (100% Kurama)

This time, Rinnegan Sasuke has some of Hashirama's Senjutsu and can use Mokuton up to Hashirama's Wood Dragon, but cannot use the Flower Tree World.

That depends on what you mean.

Giving him Mokuton was only to give Rinnegan Sasuke a boost in CQC.

He possesses a stronger PS due to Rikudou's Chakra, higher firepower in CQC due to Raiton + PS, and should have at least Six Paths techniques on par or above Nagato's. The 1st scenario has BSM Naruto with only 50% Kurama, the next one has BSM Naruto with Full Kurama, and the 3rd has BSM Naruto (Full Kurama), but with Rinnegan Sasuke receiving some of Hashirama's Senjutsu and Mokuton abilities up to Wood Dragon w/ Flower Tree World restricted.

I know, but it's just a hypothetical scenario.

Apparently, KidGamer also mentioned Ameno and Gedo Mazo which is something that I forgot about, but I'm not sure if that would change your position.

Third scenario, naruto still wins,wood dragon is inferior to full kurama,if you had given sasuke wood golem then naruto better not bring kurama out gedo + wood golem,those are two things that can finish kurama.

If you had been more specific and said for example,sasuke rinnegan had the power of alive madara not juubi jin + the mastery of nagato + the unique rinnegan ability ameno or limbo.If this,sasuke breezes through all scenarios.

Ive read the manga and can say that Sasuke really lost... having all these advantages he couldn arhieved any of his goals.

OT: Naruto takes scenario 1 and 2, Sasuke takes scenario 3.

sasuke wins scenario 1 and 3 decisively. scenario 2 can go either way, last one is low dif. he has rikudous chakra based on it giving him dual rinnegan so his ps would be stronger with the boost. kyuubis chakra and senjutsu boost put his v3 on a level were its could compete with bsm avatar physically. his ps having rikudou boost>>that v3 so hes much stronger physically winning any cqc encounter. firepower wise, ps slashes and chidori mow down the kurama avatar. or he can summon the mazo and have it chain up the avatar while he rips it apart.

not sure about scenario 2 though
