The second one would be valid...if the rinnegan wasn't immune to visual genjutsu :leaf:

I love how itachi fans base all their logic on the fact that "it can't be proved" XD

Also the unbold part is the part you can't argue with.

Please show me feats of anyone who teleports someone who has a Yata up.

Your arguments are based on assumption that Sasuke can teleport anything. Behind Yata, Itachi is safe. That is a protected zone in which Sasuke's teleportation won't work.
