Now that we know that world is doomed because of obibi, is it possible that sasuke will awakening the rinnegan(since the rinnegan represents the eye of the sage) and combine it with madara's rinnegan thus getting a green(or another colored) rinnegan? in other to defeat obibi

It's weird that you think this, not because of the "out there" comment, but because Madara's eyes are the only set that has ever reached Rinnegan stage (everyone else has used his power). So we really don't know what would happen were there to be two separate Rinnegan eyes to come together in one body. Perhaps by this point, the eyes are too similar (every rinnegan does the same thing) to have any significant effect.

But for Sasuke to reach Rinnegan stage, he has to first acquire Senju DNA within himself, which hasn't happened yet.

Well he had Zetsus in his body and received Karins chakra so there is a possibility.
