Rinnegan requirements ?

What are the requirements to get a rinnegan? Do you need Senju DNA AND Uchiha DNA? Or do you just need the sharingan? Could a non Uchiha awaken the rinnegan? For example, Kakashi? I'm guessing they would need both eyes to awaken it. I'm not sure. Did they already explain this in the manga?

Therefore Kakashi can't receive the rinnegan or Sasuke.... unless he gets his hands on Hashirama's cells or fodder Karin's. :|

Well, It seems like Sasuke will need to get some of that Hashi-Roids too. There is only one pure Uchiha remaining and all others are hybreeds.

Acording to madura in the new chapter, you need both Uchiha and Senju power, DNA, bascily..... Only reason madura has it is becuase he took the 1st hokages DNA, wich he is a senju, so he almost died, and awakned the rinnegan, gave it to nagato, trained obito and fill his head with ideas, died sometime before when obito was fighting the 4th hokage.
