That's not how it works. Rinnegan requires Ashura and Indra's chakra to be mixed, producing Hagoromo's chakra. The Rinnegan is also still the final result of the Sharingan's evolutionary line. Naruto doesn't have Sharingan, so he can't magically sprout a Rinnegan.

Hagoromo was worried about Indra or his reincarnations awakening the Rinnegan, since they were the ones with the Sharingan.

But Kakashi sprung a Sharingan after Obito's eye was taken, so why can't Naruto do it?

No, bro. Rasengan means spiral. Naruto and Obito are the Spiral owner of the manga. Obito had the most powerful Sharingan of the manga, and the power of his Sharingan is the Spiral, or vortex, or whatever you wants. While I believe there are many hints that make me think Naruto will get Rinnegan in this manga, he can actually get the SPIRAL dojutsu. That spiral is all over his body, in his seals, etc.

Both Naruto and sasuke don't have their seals anymore. The seal was just to seal the 10 tails jinchuriki.
Naruto's goal now is to beat sense into Sasuke. If anything he could beat Sasuke unconscious and get Kakashi to put him in genjutsu.
