Rinnegan + Rasengan

I already explained this. It doesn't work like that since the main part of rasenshuriken is the rasengan which isn't elemental based, the wind is just added on. Therefore it would just cut through the fire.

Good post and signature, but how exactly will this benefit him in the fight against high level opponents like Madara, Obito, Juubi and or anyone with Susano'o. Basically what I am saying is, a Rasenshuriken upgrade at this point wouldn't make a big difference, it would be powerful but at the level the playing field is currently at, it would be irrelevant in my honest opinion.

There are many applications for Naruto regarding the Rinnegan.

First off, he is the most suitable for it at the current moment. He has the most durable body and has the most chakra reserves. His fighting style is severely lacking and predictable and he needs some variety to it. With the Rinnegan he gets all the variety he would need.

- He can expand his Rasengan variations from just wind to possible all 5.
- Ability to use Yin-Yang release, which would probably be needed to split the Bijuu's again.
- Access to the Deva Path which would compliment his current fighting style; Imagine: Bansho Tenshin into a Rasengan. Solo!
- Access to the rest of the paths so he could round out his fighting style.
- Any other application for the eye would benefit him.
- I think he should get it because he will be the new Sage and is befitting of such a power.

Not to mention, this would finally let him surpass Hashirama as the most powerful in the manga.
