Rinnegan question

So a person with Rinnegan can learn any jutsu and use any jutsu. I don't understand that part. Doesn't Sharingan basically do the same???

Or does this have to do with the Rinnegan having all five chakra natures and Yin-Yang?

Well u don't have six paths technique with sharingan as well as the other enhancements of a rinnegan

It gives you the ability to learn KKG.

The Sharingan allows you to read hand signs and see chakra flow, thus allowing you to copy techniques. The Rinnegan allows potential mastery of all five basic chakra natures, thus meaning someone can learn any basic type technique.

Sharingan users A) Can't copy Kekkei Genkai and B) Can't copy any jutsu they they don't have the chakra reserves or skill to perform otherwise. If they can't do a release, they can't copy the jutsu, even if they've observed it.

Rinnegan users have access to all the main releases as a part of the abilities a Rinnegan grants its users. Therefore, a Rinnegan user is naturally more able to perform jutsus that a Sharingan user can't unless the Sharingan user has access to all those releases by some other means.
