I think it depends on the KG.

For example Sharingan, you can't copy ever.
But things like Jinton or Lava release you could potentially learn if you knew how to combine the elements(which the Rinnegan would help with)
Some KG are more like a natural affinity for certain elements so it's basically naturally knowing a jutsu, doesn't mean others can't learn it it just wouldn't be easy.

Also it's also Yin and Yang release not just the usual 5.

Well that's what I meant. I meant KKG releases like jinton and lava not dojutsu or clan tecnuiqes

I think it would work if the Rinnegan user bothered but the general Rinnegan abilities are probably enough.
But damn imagine Pain or Madara learned Jinton lol.
