Can a "rinnegan master" like nagato use all kekkei genkai releases excluding blaze release cause im guessing that's exclusively for dual ms users

I don't think so. They can master all nature types but the chakra nature is not actually in their own DNA. So, for example, Nagato can use Fire techniques and Water techniques, but he can't use Boil Release

Well, since we've never seen anyone actually use a Kekkei Genkai technique without actually having the affinity for both of the natures needed for it, we can assume that it's not possible.
However he could possibly combine attacks of different natures like Darui did here ->

He might be able to use the elements together for the attacks to be more lethal, but he can't use KKG techniques. That'd be like Darui being able to use Storm Release.

Honestly man no need for the hostility. Im not new here I just don't post often and its an honest question. I know the tecnuiqes the rinnegan can produce and how its easier to learn the other nature affinities and yin and yang but its just a thought to be able to combine two elements for a new release.
