rinnegan powers

i don't know if i missed it or if we don't know yet so i was wondering does all rinnegan have the same power? like each ms sharingan has different powers right obito has kumai,itachi had Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. so i was wondering does all rinnegan have the same powers that nagato had or do you think it is like the sharingan each eye will have basically the same tecs but a few different one that are just for those eyes/person?

thanks and what got me thinking was that the sage of six paths could create something out of nothing with creation of all things but nagato,tobi/obito,nor madara have used this. so i was thinking maybe they had different powers.

What I am thinking is each eye has a different power. But we don't really know because the only Rinnegan that has ever been shown is Madara's And Nagato's but we don;t even kno if that is Nagato's.
