State of Mind: To kill

Kakashi and Obito cannot use techniques that they haven't shown nor does Obito have 6 Edo Jinchuriki at his side. This would exclude Obito's Mokuton as well as he's not been shown to use any techs without Spiral Zetsu's augmentation.


Alright lets see if there's any logical arguments for Kakashi being stronger than Obito using these fair conditions.

we dont know if obi can use ANYTHING besides katon without zetsu though. hes had that zetsu goo basically his whole villain career.
anyway obito should still have his barrier, giant katons, gedo mazo, chains that can make a bijuu his bi tch, and can easily outlast kakashi in a kamui duel. the moment he warps kakashi, kakashi can warp back sure, but how much will that take out of kakashi?

If Obito still has Kamui then this is a rape. Though you never restricted the Gedo Mazo so Obito can just summon it and let it flatten Kakashi.
