Plot maybe??? But regardless he moved this fast while warping even once... This alone gives him the credentials to warp Madara before getting whacked by a Katon or Yasaka Magatama...

He doesn't even need to warp him, the chakra rods essentially do the same thing & they're faster than actually warping him initially.
