Danzou does not have KA he had the 3 tomoe version of shisui eye which contained shisui doryoku technique which also controls ppl. Danzou never was able to get the eye in MS form so he couldn't use KA . Shisui gave Itachi his MS form eye making him able to use the KA.

Obito solos Danzou his izanagi is better

The KA on Mifune was cancelled once he was told that Danzo had him under genjutsu.

It seems as if Danzo's KA works on people who are unaware of it.

Obito already knows about KA and how it works so perhaps he'd realize he's been placed under it if he gets any abnormal tendencies (Depending on what Danzo is trying to make him do).

This is a complex match up. If Obito has his Edo jin paths then it's not even debatable he wins. However if the case he doesn't , then it's a high diff wind for Obito. Since we know Obito has intel on what KA really does, and more importantly how Danzo uses it , he will be very careful by using sharingan and read danzo's movements. That way , he would have a chance to escape by using Kamui. Its hard but still .
