ems madara beats obito. he can theoretically just overpower obitos genjutsu control on the biju with his superior eye power which would force obito to reseal the biju into the gedo mazo.

if that does not happen, madara can simply overpower the biju with PS although i dont really see PS as necessary. they cant damage it and the the sword slashes of PS will obliterate them. the gedo mazo cant compete with PS to any extent. it get skewered on the blade of PS.
susano pretty much destroys any chance that obito has at warping madara. the moment obito turns tangible near madara, he gets smashed into the ground. obito probably wouldnt try this though and the entirety of the cqc encounter would probably be a game of cat and mouse. the match goes to madara.

toneri beats obito as well. the biju cant even hurt him since all of them lack senjutsu as well as obito. the truthseekers basically tank everything obito or the biju does. if obito tries to attack toneri, he will be torn apart by truthseekers which toneri can split into even smaller pieces and rapid fire.
