[Discussion] Rinnegan not the last step?

The ancestor (elder son) of the sage of the six paths had a swirl instead of ripples in his eyes. It is said that the son received the sage's eyes.

What if there is a step beyond rinnegan. Are the ripple rinnegan just a precursor to the actual sage eyes?(swirl)

Just wondering because he RECEIVED the sage's eyes.

It probably isn't credible but just something that i was thinking.

What do you think?

You know that swirl reminds me awefuly alot of Tobi's warp tech. Just sayn.

Kamui = sharingan tech

Tobi's warp = swirly doujutsu tech.

Sharingan = derived from Elder son's doujutsu

Kamui = inferior to warp tech of Tobi

Tobi = elder son of sage. HERP DERP.

That's why Kakashi's kamui is inferior to Tobi's tech and that's why it won't work on Tobi.

I'm pretty sure if its fan made, it is based off of information from the manga.

I'm just thinking that if madara with rinnegan isn't already a fkn sage of the six path... then maybe hes one last step from becoming one. which is the swirl.

but don't take that to heart... just something i was thinking about.

Its not a normal evolution of the EMs as you can see madara and kabuto was talking about the secrets of his body and how kabuto completed him beyond his prime. So my guess is that not any uchiha is able to awaken the rinnengan.

Maybe hes the sage at a weakened state and is on the verge of reviving himself... cool theory.

Yeah but he asked kabuto did he know the secrets of his body so i dont think the rinnengan is just a regular upgrade. Also i am also wondering how he knows how to use the sage techs when he never got to use them.

well kabuto is controlling him and kabuto knows about nagato and he has info/obssessed with so6p. so not surprising to me anyways.
