Rinnegan = No Mutation

People keep arguing whether or not the Sage had the Rinnegan because of or prior to becoming the Jinchuuriki to the Ten Tails.

Well, Obito has the Ten Tails now, shouldn't his Sharingan evolve into a Rinnegan?

I guess the Sage had the Rinnegan prior to the Ten Tails.

That's why I think the sage had the rinnegan when he absorbed the juubi because you use the juubi to power up the rinnegan
I also think you need the rinnegan or be both uchiha and senju to be the juubis Jin

How could Rikudou be born with a gods eyes (Juubi)?

He became it's jinchuriki and then acquired the Rinnegan.

Obito already has two doujutsu's, hashiroids, and he's getting controlled by the Juubi currently.

I was always under the impression that he had sharingan and got rinnegan after he sealed the juubi inside himself.
