Sasuke is naturally more talented than Naruto so he will probably use the Rinnegan better. While Naruto has an insane amount of stamina. This battle can go either way.

The Ocular techniques of the Rinnegan are far different than the Sharingan and involve large scale Ninjutsu techniques, which is Naruto's specialty.

Sasuke is better at the special techs like Sharingan Genjutsu, movement prediction and Amaterasu control. Plus, as I will reiterate, SASUKE DOES NOT HAVE THE CHAKRA RESERVES FOR THE RINNEGAN.
