Actually "No one" did not get it - he implanted Nagato's (i.e. Madara's) eye...

Nagato was implanted and also was not a Jink. Those eyes belong to the Juubi first. The sage got them after being a Jink. Much like naruto's eyes become like the ninetails when their chakra is flowing together or the ninetails is in charge.

Nagato's rinnengan are Madara's eyes.
