I don't know if Sasuke, Madara or Hagoromo can do this, but Nagato/Pain can take a piece of let's say.. Obito's chakra. He will put that chakra into a living sacrifice and turn that person into a copy of Obito. This copy will have all Obito's jutsu until the chakra is out. This jutsu is called Shapeshifting Jutsu, which Pain used on Yuura.
